5 Exercises For Huge Monster Arms

 
Hey, what’s going on guys? Troy here with WeightGainNetwork. com.  And I’m super excitedto show you guys my five unique arm exercises to get you guys bigger arms.  I know beinga naturally skinny guy, one of the hardest muscle groups to develop is your arms.  SoI want to show you guys five unique exercises that will get you guys those bigger arms. I had the same problem in high school and college, I was killing my arms almost everysingle day, like, you know, four or five days a week consistently for a couple of years. And I was doing the same, the hammer curls, and just the straight bar curls.  And whenI started doing these unique, you know, biceps and arm exercises, I noticed my arms startedgrowing really quick.  It’s all about putting different overload from different angles onyour arms.  So I want to show you guys five unique arm exercises that can get you guysthose ripped, sculpted arms, so let me dive right into the workout routine.  All right,first exercise, we’re going to set up the incline bench here.  We’re going to drivean easy bar curl and your chest is going to be facing this.  You’re going to get a nicestretch on your biceps curl straight in, so it helps if you have a workout partner onthis.  My workout partner is probably in bed because it’s 1 in the morning.  So set youup there.  So you want to keep the bicep under tension on this one, so half reps under tension. That’s a great bicep exercise.  All next up we got the reverse grip easy bar curl. A lot of you guys are obviously just doing curls like this, but reverse grip it reallyto feel it on that middle part of your bicep.  Feel like it really thickens the width ofyour bicep.  So hold it reverse.  My third exercise we got the across the body dumbbell curl. You see a ton of guys, who just, you know, do the traditional hammer curls and the palmsup curls, but this is one of my favorite bicep exercises.  Really feel like it thickens thebicep muscle.  You get a nice little angle going, so I like to go pretty heavy on this. You should be able to do similar ways you do on the dumbbell hammer curl, so what youwant to do is start in the hammer curl position and go across your chest.  All right, nextup we got the reverse grip barbell row.  This is traditionally done on most people’s backdays, but I like to go higher up on this.  It’s an awesome bicep finisher exercise. I actually read it was one of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s favorite bicep finishers at the end of hisworkout.  So you’re going to be grabbing the barbell.  You just come rowing in.  I liketo go 15 to 20 reps on this, so pick a weight that’s not too heavy.  And see how it’sdone.  All right, last exercise.  We’re going to do the incline dumbbell curl with our palmsup.  So you’re going to lay back.  You’re going to focus on getting that stretch andwork this part of our bodies out.  So let me demonstrate how to do it.  So you want to layback.  Get that full stretch.  Nice and slow on the curl.  And those were five unique exercisesthat you guys can do to get bigger arms.  Make sure you guys are always changing up yourarm workout routine.  The worse thing that you can do is repeat the same arm workoutroutine over and over again.  So, I mean, I made this mistake back in the day.  My armsweren’t growing for like, you know, a good 18 months because I was doing the same workoutover and over again.  So you want to blast your muscles from different angles.  This armworkout routine is perfect to do just that.  Let me know what you guys think.
